Yes it is a Leucospermum and to me it looks like Leucospermum cordifolium. The common name is pincushion and it is from the Protea family. The natural habitat is in the Western Cape, South Africa.

Your welcome When I had my florists there was a guy that used to buy flowers off me all the time to photograph, eventually I used to give him the flowers for free and he would give me a nice print.
