Fluid head

I discovered today that handholding my new Fuji xt3 whilst doing video doesn’t work out too well! Even with ois lenses.
Also my ball head on my gitzo tripod also doesnt work very well for smooth motion, so I need a fluid head.

I have no clue about them, but it needs to be Arca Swiss compatible to fit my L bracket, and not too expensive.
Other than than anything goes. Can anyone recommend a decent but affordable one ideally less than £100.

I'm using manfroto xpro, you would need an adapter to arca swiss. Total is a little over gbp 100.
