Foam for Hard Camera Case

Hi

Just wondered if anyone knows where to buy the foam for hard camera cases

Particularly want the type that you can cut out specific shapes to fit the gear

Any ideas please

you can buy case foam from places like "foam for comfort" but i think you have to cut it yourself.

otherwise you could try peli foam for around the dimensions you are looking for.. peli foam isnt cheap however.

Peli foam it is then by the looks of it.

All foam seems to be rather expensive, not sure why, maybe the manufacturing process

Foams and rubbers are a lot more expensive than most people think.
You could try a specialist foam company called Advanced Seals and Gaskets Ltd (ASG). Not got the number so you'd have to Google them in the UK.

I work with a large foam producer, we have to have a block of foam to make it worthwhile, thats a pretty big lump of foam...
