Guys having been to it last year we are going again .

what would be your choice of days ... and why

Tuesday! Sundays are packed, Mondays..... well, it's Monday, and on Wednesdays all of the exhibitors are to knackered to talk, thinking about going home, and pack up early!! I've experienced it from both sides!
 
I'm gonna go on the Tuesday I think as Sundays are packed, as that was gonna be my day of choice.
 
What's the best time to get there? I don't have a ticket and was hoping to get there early and get one on the door. Any idea from someone who's been before? I know it opens at 10am.
 
I'm thinking of going, I don't own a camera yet...

Whats the chances of picking up a really good deal on a Canon??
(powershot g9/g10 or 1000d, undecided).

The links were there to keep duplicate threads down to a minimum, asking the questions in those threads will probably get more responses as people may have subscribed to those etc.

Last year there were HUGE queues for people getting tickets on the day. They werent too bad when we got there at about 11, but by midday they were massive.

I don't think anyone advertises their deals before hand, but there were a few stands doing bargains on kit.

I wouldn't say it was a waste of time, lots of bargains last year and piles of lenses on stalls, with the recent price rises I don't think there will be many massive bargains.
