Focus screen for 5dMk2

Does anybody know of a decent quality replacement focus screen for the 5dMk2? I have a bunch of manual lenses that I would like to use and since Brightscreen closed for business I'm not sure where to look.

It would be nice to hear first hand experiences if possible.

Canon's EG-S works okay for general stuff but if you want a split prism (excellent for macro) then Katz-eye screens are up there with the best....I've used both.
