Hi I was fiddling around with my camera (eos450d) today tried live view for the first time on changing back to view finder it now shows as blurred image and the symbols along the bottom are blurred as well but any pictures taken are in focus anyone got any ideas of how to correct this.

Sounds like you've managed to adjust the eyepiece dioptre. There should be a small wheel on the left of the eyepiece. If you look through the eyepiece while twiddling this, you should be able to put it back to normal.
 
Chears mr pants that worked fine I'll get the hang of this one day and if not well Ican always get help here.
