Focusing Rail recommendations please.

I'm looking into purchasing the Canon MP-E65 Macro lens in the near future,along with the MT24-EX ring flash and a focusing rail.

Seems as I'm spending this kind of money,I don't want to cut any corners regarding the focusing rail.

Could any of you recommend me the best options please.

I've moved along from an Ebay cheapy, tried the Velbon Mag Slider and settled on a Novoflex Castel Cross-Q (the arca mount version)....the only one stable enough for a 1srs body (IMHO).
