Focusing the viewfinder

Hi everyone, playing with my new d40 at the moment! Im really impressed with the technology:D Anyways, with focusing the viewfinder - the viewfinder level is not clicked at the bottom, but one level above the bottom - which is when i see it the most focused. Have I done it right? :)
 
Probably if it look OK. The best way is look through the viewfinder and move the adjustment to get the exposure info numerals the sharpest you can.

You can usually adjust it to use with the naked eye or with specs if you wear them.
 
To adjust it there's a really small dial thing near the viewfinder that you move til you can see clearly through the viewfinder.
And yes, really small dial thing is the professional terminology! hehe.
