Foggy morning

took a walk at the park a week ago, got there about 10:30 AM (yes, it really is this dark here on a day like this in winter!), before the fog lifted, and got this photo of some old, half-rotted pilings, remnants of a decades-gone cross-lake ferry dock. i like the way they seem to march off into the fog, with the far shore shrouded in mystery... this is actually a color shot, but the fog turned it in to basically B&W... 5D, Tammy 24-135 @ 62mm, 1/320 @ f/7.1

That's a lovely moody shot, veeeeery nice. Love the way they stick out despising the fog. The water being mirror-calm is what "made" the shot.
Just one minor niggle, perhaps I'm a fine one to talk when it comes to this kind of thing but that little tiny bouy in the distance was big enough to be a distracting thing, a quick clone and that'll make a very decent shot even better.

That is just brilliant! I have to agree with Ian D J regarding the bouy but it is such a small thing in a great shot.
