Folded Postcards

A customer has asked me if I can do folded postcards, having never heard of this before, they explained to me it looks like one postcard when folded together but four or five different ones when folded out.

I have searched on google for ideas or any company that prints them but have drawn a blank there, anyone else come across this before or know where I can get more info on the idea or even better somewhere that prints them.
