Stunning pic, I love Guinea Fowl, and this looks very moist and tasty, the only thing I'm not sure on is the "foam" in the middle, I assume it is a foam that a lot of chefs use, I always struggle eating them because a lot of them look like spit, let alone get a good pic of it, hopefully you won't take that the wrong way as I mean it to be constructive, and it's the only thing wrong with a lovely plate of food.
