The textures and colours are fantastic. I especcially like the last.

The texture on that avocado is superb and apart from the coriander which I can't stand,there's nothing I couldn't be tempted in to eating

No probs Sam - I used a home made light box (see here for Baz777's 'how to make it ' thread)

And two desk lamps positioned on top of the box shining thru the tracing paper covered 'window' - a 20w halogen and a 40w spot lamp
