28mm would be best for landscape because it's widest, the 50mm would be best for portraits due to the flattering perspective of 80mm on a crop sensor.

For that price I think I'd go for a 17-50mm zoom as none of those are very wide and unless you are being artistic you wont need f2 for landscape or portrait too many times.

You have landscape covered with other lenses, so the 50mm for portraits as you don't have that covered with a fast lens that will give you the shallow depth of field.
