Took this more for the texture and decay more than anything else, but the for sale sign was a bonus. Only issue is, it's a little tight on the left and the sign is only really effective on a larger view. So not sure how effective it will be on this forum. Could crop it out as in the alternatives. Thoughts would be great. Thank you.

Prefer number 3, that padlock makes ne think about what lies inside. Great spot and the sign is a great addition
