Has anyone had a go at using this for stock photos? I came across it whist browsing and just wondered if this sort of thing was worth bothering with?

I've not used it, but I am firmly in the anti microstock camp as it devalues photography. Have you looked at Alamy?

I also read this blog post about stock photography, which doesn't paint a pretty picture.

I submit to Fotolia - am now exclusive with them (for RF images) which makes it more worthwhile - I earn a lot more from them than I do with Alamy which has yet to reach payout. Not enough to earn a living as I am not dedicated enough but more than enough for my kit.

To create a good stock portfolio takes time, effort, and these days money as well as the standards are getting higher and higher.
