Tips for Cleaning Picture Frame Glass:
() Acrylic glass can easily become scratched on the surface from harsh cleaners and scrubbers.
() Never use windex or anything containing ammonia or bleach.
() Never use paper towels, only soft cloth.
() If the surface of acrylic glass is scratched, use a car wax or other buffing compound to remove them. Apply the wax and use the supplied buffer to buff until the scratches are removed.

I'm not a framer but I have found Foamclene very good (stick it into Google for suppliers).
It's a foam that has good degreasing properties (useful for fingerprints), it's anti-static (which helps stop little bits sticking to the inside of the glass) and it evaporates very quickly which means it leaves no residue which might damage the print. I wipe it off with a clean micro-fibre cloth specifically for the purpose.
It was designed for cleaning computer equipment so I use it for that as well as camera gear etc.
