I have recently purchased the Rollei QZ35T and iam a little confused with the framelines and what is shown in the manual. I have attached the relevant picture from the manual.

Do i compose each image withing the marked curved framelines ?

The manual shows the whole viewfinder as the autofocus frame ( looking at the spec it covers 85% )

The manual also shows the frameline markers as the minimum foucs distnce as well

Iam sorrry if it is a daft question but any thoughts would be appreciated.

I havent processed any film with it yet but i have a half finished roll of cinestill double x still in the camera.

thanks adrian

For landscapes, you compose within the full marked rectangle. For close-ups, to avoid parallax errors in you composition, you use the three-part broken line as the leftmost extent of the image.
