Sandisk Rescue Pro is a superb bit of recovery software for digital media. It recovers images, videos, documents, music or just about anything.

I have had one occasion to use it and it was simply superb.

I've just received 2 download vouchers for a free 1 year subscription with some new memory cards and as I'm already registered with them I don't have any need for the offer.

If anyone would like the Serial Number code to take up the offer please send me a PM.

I'm not convinced that this is in the spirit of how Sandisk intended the offer. Technically this could potentially amount to software piracy. Not complaining, Just saying.
 
I'm sure Sandisk will enjoy the opportunity to reach more potential customers :)

It doesn't say on the voucher "Not Transferable" so I thought it would be OK to pass on a voucher for a free download which as an existing customer, I have no use for.

I can't see that it is in any way "software piracy" - but I would welcome the views of others with more experience on such matters.

I simply passed on a free voucher which I had no use for.

No harm was intended or any attempt planned to cheat Sandisk - I love their products and only ever use their memory cards - so in any other respect - I am a very loyal and happy customer.

An interesting point though.

@slaphead - IMHO I don't see it as an issue and do own a handful of Sandisk cards so it's not inappropriate

All I'm saying is that it's a bit of a grey area. Personally I'm not bothered one way or another, but you never know, it could cause the forum a bit of bother should Sandisk, or the software developers get wind of this.
 
Wouldn't it only be piracy if the same code is being used by multiple people? If the code is unique, then I don't see an issue.
