Free "Duplicate file" identifier software?

Hi all,

I am in the process of cleaning duplicate files from my external hard drives and would appreciate if anyone can suggest a FREE software which can identify and let me delete the duplicates.

i use Karens Replicator at the end of each day - [from a recommendation here] - then disconnect the external HDD

the software has multiple choices for backup.

including copy the latest and deleted the older one on the HDD

so it is a daily mirror of the Photographs and Documents folders/files
