Bit of a long shot but here goes...

I'm halfway through studying for a Diploma in Photography and I'm looking to 'shadow' a professional. I am very reliable and willing to work for free, helping in all fields of photography.

I live in Sunderland, Tyne & Wear but can travel anywhere in the North East area.

So if you need an extra pair of hands, please get in touch.

I hope you find someone to shadow, I did it for just a few days when I was starting out and learned LOADS!
 
I reckon the best bet for this is to approach someone out of area, that way they won't see it as training competition and maybe you could shunt work to each other that came up too far away at some later future date
 
Thanks for the feedback. Looks like I'm in for a tough time. I would like to think that when I'm a fully paid up member of the professional brigade, I will welcome people willing to learn. My standards are high so I will aim to be the best. I will welcome competition because it will keep me on my toes and make sure I always try to stay one step ahead.
