Not being that computer savy, I would like to build my own website, and was wondering if you can recommend any free "easy" website builders.

Just had a look at Wix, they don't seem to have that many photography related templates.

think easiest way is to get a domain and hosting... install wordpress there and try many free themes or any paid themes

Personal for the time being, if/when my photography becomes of professional standards will then upgrade it to a professional one.
