Starting in the early hours of this morning, we had many male frogs in the pond just below our bedroom window calling for a mate and announcing they are ready and willing to create thousands of little tadpoles with any passing female prepared to give them the time of day (or night).
(A bit like closing time at the local Weatherspoons really)
Any tips please on how best to photograph the frogs at night - bearing in mind as soon as they see a torch light or sense movement, they are gone?
As I can't sleep through this loud calling ritual, I might as well try and photograph it
