Looking at getting this as my second camera its only just come out this month so not much to read up on it does anyone know of anything similar for the price (£399) that could be better

TBH, it looks like the best bridge availble, in my view. I don't think its actually out in the shops yet though, I looked on warehouse express, and it was just to place orders...not even listed on camerabox... :)
 
Its on Jessops web site for home delivery only will check for other suppliers before I order one
