Yes
The hotshoe on my x-pro 2 is lose, I have to have an elastic band around a flashgun in order to maintain contact which is obviously not ideal! I checked with Fuji and the repair cost was £200 which seems high. Any other suggestions? I am in Sevenoaks and work in London.

Fuji have fixed price repairs, just about anything and everything would be fixed for the price you've been quoted. You will (should) get back a camera that looks brand new.

You may well be able to get it cheaper, that I don't know, but having experienced Fuji's repair surface I have nothing but praise for the speed and the way my issues were resolved.

So I finally got around to sending it off to Fuji and FWIW was very impressed, actually £180 and I got what looks like a brand new camera back a few days later. My only concern is the environmental impact, surely they don't just throw the cameras away and send you new ones for minor faults?

New serial number?

There are camera repairers in the Horley area - DK AVS. They do repairs for Pana and Sony. Worth asking them?

I've had my X20 repaired via Fuji. Expensive but came back in mint condition.
