(apologies if I've missed an identical thread, i searched and to my surprise I can't find anything but I'm hungry and likely to have missed something)

So the RRP has been set at $799 with kit lens. Haven't seen the UK price but typically it'll be a similar figure digit wise.
Who's intrigued by this little beauty? Who can live without the optical viewfinder? Who's getting one?
I really love the look and power of the x100s and xe-1 and was super tempted to get a xe1 with the 18mm lens. I want wide, fast and small. I travel with a d3100 at the moment so it'd replace that. It may be what I need, minus the viewfinder, but I can survive for holiday use I think.

Not sure that was the price I was hoping for considering the XE1 isn't hugely far off
