Fuji XQ2 Announced...

The dpreview report suggests that this, the XA-2 and the two new lenses are almost identical to the models they replace - I don't quite get why they bothered! Wouldn't a firmware update to the XQ1 and XA-1 have been enough?

Haha not sure that a firmware fix would allow the x-a1 screen to flip out into selfie mode though ;)

Yeah fair point! But the rest is very minimal change over the old versions. Still, maybe we should reserve judgement until they've been properly tested by a trusted review site.
 
Fuji really are trying to confuse potential buyers I just can't keep up with the model cycles!
