Does anybody know how good the Fujifim S1730 is as I am looking for a cheap camera and at the minute I don't have the funds available to afford a better camera. All advice, greatly appreciated.

Not used that model myself.. but your bump after just 65 minutes removed the thread from the Unanswered Thread search.. it's usually best to allow at least a day before bumping as a lot of people will use the unanswered search to identify threads that have been over-looked or missed. It's also the reason you don't get a lot of replies saying "sorry, don't know that model", people are leaving the thread where it's most visible..

There's always a lot of camera reviews online.. is this just for a general purpose happy-snaps camera, or do you have a specific type of subject in mind?
