fujifilm xd card HELP

Hi

I dont no if this is the right section but am desperate for some help. my friends wedding pics were on the above card and were viewed on the camera, when put into card reader nothing found and when put back in the camera 'card error' so is there anything we can do really want those pics though. the camera reads other cards stilll and so does the adapter

oh dear...maybe try some image-rescue software...?
Google 'Image Rescue' and see what you find...
 
I had this problem with a card in my Fuji A700 - card just threw a wobbly for no reason but I was lucky enough to have an old Fuji camera knocking around which I was able to use to read the card to take the images off onto a PC. It might be worth asking around to see if anyone you know has one.

Other than that I'm afraid I couldn't get the card to work in a reader or my camera until all the images were off the card. Hope you can get it sorted.
