Do you still have your 55-200?
I'm not sure what to do - I've got a 40-150 and a 100-400 that get so little use that I may sell one or other, and get either a 70-300 or a 55-200 so keep me in mind if you do and want to sell, obviously via the classifieds..!

I still have it but I'm not sure if I'll ever sell it, I got attachted its my first ever telephoto zoom lens.
I also bought an X-T4 to upgrade from an X-T100. I might borrow the "old" gear to my loved one so she can get some cool photos with it.

You can use the TC 1.4x with the 70-300, this will give you 420mm at least, and one advantage you do have is the close up feature on that lens, it'll get you down to 0.33x magnification where the 100-400 only manages 0.19x = so the better lens for closer in photography

Yeah indeed, I have the TC 1.4x but the image get a bit softer.
While I can just crop to match the 1.4 to keep the sharpness, and thats why I'm questioning myself, Do I buy a 100-400mm ? for the extra sharpness and reach without using any teleconverter. Or do I wait to see what the announced 150-600 is about ?!

Maybe I should go to the gym first, as I don't like to use tripods and wait for the 150-600 to decide.
