I am about to step up to full frame and now that the 5dmk111 has been out for a while, can anyone convince me that I should look at it over the mk11 as I mainly shoot landscapes?

If I was mainly shooting landscapes, I'd probably opt for the mkII version as the new AF, higher FPS etc aren't really of benefit...And it's significantly cheaper
Are you keeping or selling your 50D as this does give you the higher fps (over the mkII)
I've fancied going full frame for a while, but the AF and FPS has always stopped me getting a mkII - now the mkIII is out, it's the money thats stopping me![]()

However, if you are like me, I love live view and manual focus so I am looking for a 5D2 as I can see little advantage in the Mk3 for landscape work.

...21mp.

Sorry I read your response when I was half asleep and wrongly assumed you were referring to the 5dmk2.
