Only real negative with the 5Dmk2 is the fact that the autofocus isn't that great (similar to your 60D but not as good as the 7D).
 
You'll need CF cards, a lots of them :D
A 5D2 raw can be up to 30MB. Worth every byte.

You will want some good lenses (what do you have at the moment?)
For portraits, 85L, 100mm L (macro) or 70-200 f/2.8L IS II (if you have the space!).

Yep am heavy on SDHC, Nada on CF... Shoot RAW + Jpeg so know what you mean! :)
I have a 24-105L and a 70-200L so the cross over is semi there...

Just need to pass on the 60D now...

Funnily enough, so do I :)

I also bought a Sigma 12-24 to fill out the ultra, ultra wide angle stuff :)

I used to have a 17-40L but bailed it for the 24-105...

Looks like i will have to do a trade off somewhere as have another pile primes that just dont use either now.. 17-85, 50mm Compact Macro, Sigma ladidah etc
