I like number 3, number 1 could do with some more contast and sharpening.

I agree. 3 is a nice shot. In one, the image is very flat and needs the contrast boosting. The second one has a few compositional issues. The sky isn't interesting enough to warrant taking so much of the shot and the foreground doesn't really hold any interest for the shot. Think you would have been better recomposing this one, perhaps from a lower viewpoint, and get the tower on a third. Hope that helps.
