I recently managed to bag a new Tamron 150-600 zoom in Nikon fit, which wasn't easy as they appear to be as rare an hens teeth.
Yesterday was my first opportunity to give it a proper try on my D4 body at a local nature park. Most of these were shot either fully open (F6.3) or 1/3 stop down at F7.1. The D4 was operating in the ISO1600- ISO6400 area so a good test of the combos ability.
Overall, whilst the images won't win any prizes, i'm delighted at what the Tammy managed to achieve. Thought others on here might be interested ?
