I used to have an aerial like that for FM radio - huge useless thing it was too. replaced it with a simple stick aerial that actually works and is not directional.

The last picture is spoiled a bit by the background. Most pictures usually have a focal point that draws your eye and that one draws my eye to the fuzzy building in the background

Oh by the way.... I mentioned an Oly user group I get messages from - they have a web site with lots of camera information and users pictures etc.
