I'm having a battle of what to bring.

I'm certainly will going to bring my Nikon D7000 with Tamron 17-50 attach and a 35mm f1.8 as my second lens.

Because I'm using a Lowpro Slingshot AW200 so therefore i won't bring my 70-200 out because it will just fill all the space in the bag.

Consider this is a trip with my mates which we will be doing more photography but i guess it will be landscape. They kept the location secret because is suppose to be my stag do for my wedding lol.

Certainly i will bring my polerizer filter, Haider 10 stop filter, star filters, Hi-Tec filter holder and 0.6/0.9 grad and ND filters.

The question is shall i bing my flash gun? Do i even need to bring flash gun for trips like this, i'm certainly not going to do much portrait but is always handy to have one incase .........

If i do bring my flash the question is SB910 or Metz 50 AF1 flash ......

Personally, I would travel as light as possible, so D7000 and the zoom, leaving the 35mm behind. You've got the length covered and IIRC the 17-50 is fast enough for almost any conditions anyway. I wouldn't bother with an external flash either - the onboard should be enough for happy (?drunken?) snaps in the evening and an extra flash = and extra thing to forget.

The spare space in the Slingshot could hold an extra stubby or 2... Have a great time on the stag do and hope the forthcoming nuptials are all you wish them to be.

Agree with Nod. The camera and 17-50 and enjoy yourself.

yeah i did think about not bother with the flash because experience tells me is not really needed ....... except just carrying it for the sake of it. I will probably leave it and save the weight in the bag lol.
