Don't think there's an official Nikon mount converter but SRS Griturn are supposed to be pretty good for adaptors. IIRC, they either make their own or check and adjust bought in ones so they work properly.

Using m42 lenses on Nikon will never be a great experience due to the additional glass element needed I'm afraid. You might find a better fitting adapter on amazon though.
