Getting a new camera

Hi there guys,

I'm new here!

Basically, I'm alowed to get a new camera. I'm an Emergency Services Entusiast, so I just take pictures of Emergency Vehicles..

So I just need a good quality camera, that takes pictures of fast moving objects, that takes pictures well at night & in sunny conditions and takes a picture really quickly.

I would like the camera to have a video recorder, but this isnt a need as I can use my old Camera for that.

My budget is £150, I know it isn't a lot but hey..

The thing what annoys me with my current camera (Hitachi HDC-861E) is that on some of my pictures on sunny days, the sun makes the livery on lets say the Police Vehicle come out really rubbish, and it spoils my picture..

So I would love a camera that doesn't do that...here is an example of what I mean..

What camera do you have now that may help someone on here to advice you on how to improve your photos

Thanks for the reply, I currently have got a Hitachi HDC861E.

All that's happened is that the shot in bright sunshine has burnt out highlights.

All you need do is set the exposure control (assuming your camera has one) to underexpose by 1 or 2 stops.
