Getting buyers to pay on eBay...

maybe a little unethical, but after all, the buyer is obliged to buy the product. I'm pretty sure it says on the bid confirmation page on ebay, that your obliged to pay if you win. So even though they are both in the wrong, I would highly doubt anything would happen if it was taken to court anyway, as for starters, there's only a verbal record of someone offering to pay her for them, and that's far from legally binding...

Nice! Nothing worse than Ebay buyers who screw you around. She deserved exactly what she got.
 
Genius. I've only had it happen once to me, and for an item for £10. What a great idea.
