Getting cameras and lenses cleaned and serviced

Well, after my recent trip to Africa, everything is covered in dust

Can anyone recommend a good place to get them professionally cleaned or am I best off just sending them to nikon?

Also, any ideas on how much it costs? I have the following that need looking at...

D700,D300s and 5 pro lenses...
