Getting verified with Google

I've had a site for quite a while, but I've never figured out the problems I've had with getting Google to verify my site.

I realise now that this is because my site is using the masked/framed redirect.
So what Google is actually indexing is my frame, and not the content of my site.

I would like to have the URL so it's always www.example.com and not www.example.com/flash/main/index.html

Is there a way to keep the fixed URL but have google see my site content instead of the frame?

I've heard about 301 redirects, but I'm not sure if this will accomplish what I want.

I'd advise against having your url stay the same on all pages. What if someone wants to bookmark a certain page? What about sending a particular link to a friend, they'll find they cant do that, and wont do it and probably wont return. Also there are accessbility problems, especially with frames

Also has negative effects on the SE's, has you've found out. That url staying the same, tells the SE's that your site only has one page, and therefore not alot of content.

If you really want to go the way of only having the one url, look up ajax techniques for using tabbed content on one page. However, that tabbed content ajax is useful in certain situation - such as the public profile for each user on this site. Not for basing an entire site around.

Somehow, I have no idea how, I've sorted it and google now sees my site.

Yeh it's just 1 page :|
Because it's all done in flash, google doesn't pick up the flash content.

I've been looking through some photographer websites that are flash, and what they've done is write a few keyword heavy paragraphs about themselves below the flash content.
So I've done this too.

I've checked in my google webmaster account, and currently the top keywords which google picks up on my site are keywords that don't exist
I'm thinking this may update when google crawls my site again.
