GF1/Oly lens help needed - please!

Hi,

Just took delivery of a Oly 45mm f1.8 for my Gf1. All working fine but I can't seem to enable manual focussing - what am I missing?

I think you have to go into the menus and turn on MF Assist. Also there should be AF+MF which also needs to be on. Sorry but i can't remember how to do the MF on the GF1.
 
You don't need "MF Assist" to be on, I have mine off, but there is a setting for "AF+MF" and I have mine on. This allows me to AF and then tweek manually without the magnified view coming on. There is of course the AF/MF button on the back too.

All this is with the Panny 20mm f1.7 so I hope it works with your lens.

Yeah, the GF1 is doing everything fine with my 14 and 20mm lenses. Just wondering if there is a compatibility problem with the oly or something else I've missed:'(
