Giottos MT 7001-652 ball head - does this happen to yours??

I've got a Giottos MH7001-652 ball head with the QR plate & when I attached my 70-200mm VRIIto it there is a slight wobble/rocking with the plate - does this happen with anyone else's :shrug:

The head itself holds the D700+MB-D10+70-200mm VRII with no prob's but its just the plate its-self that has this slight rocking to it...

It could be that the arm is loose.

The spring loaded arm snaps against the bevel on the camera plate & if it isn't being held down firmly it will allow the plate to move up & down.
