HI all
i am interested in buying a GIOTTOS MTL9251B TRIPOD and was wondering if any of yiu guys had one and have anything to say abbout them.
Good / Bad ?
Alternatives?

Have had a play with several Giottos tripods and they seem to be excellent for the money..

Landscape photographer Tom Mackie uses them, so if it's good enough for him....

As for alternatives, what do you intend to shoot and what's your budget?
 
To be fair, Tom Mackie is a professional, but isn't stuck on Gitzo but does use a carbon fibre Giottos...

Have you considered Redsnapper, which are sold on here? If you go onto the for sale forum and look up R\edsnapper, it gets plenty of excellent feedback...you'd also get 10% discount for being a member here :thumbs:
