Cracker image. Real "Wizard of Oz" feel about it. Great use of selective colouring.
Only downside is the hand on the left of the image.

This is one where I can't give a response to the selective colouring.
Personally, I loathe it and think it ruins elmost every image to which it's applied. However here, I don't think the picture would work without it.
Nice catch, regardless, though, and lovely DOF... sure it would be better if the chair wasn't there (i.e the typical frolicking against a dark background), but given the circumstances, it's really great!

I think its really nice, love the selective colouring. The hand is a bit distracting so a crop from the girls back would look much better in my opinion. You will lose a bit of bubbles but I think it will still look great.

Nice I would recrop closer at the waist losing mums hand and some of the distracting background.

Hope you don't mind, heres a the crop I had in mind. I had to remove some of the hand with (rushed) pp. I'm sure you can do better with a bit of time spent.
