this costume is worth several hundred thousands of u.s. dollars, and has been passed down from generation to generation inside the family. nomadic khampas store their wealth as jewelry and precious stones as they are transported, the ornaments also have great emotional value as they are the remnants of decades and centuries of ancestors
 
You might want to work on your focussing a bit. It seems in each of these that you focussed on the background and not the subject.
For portraits it's nearly always best to focus on the subject's eyes.
As for composition, it's best to get the subject out of the centre of the frame as you have it in 2 and 3.
The composition in the 1st shot is probably the best, though if a subject is looking out of the frame the general rule (though made to be broken) is that the empty space in the frame should be where the subject is looking, not behind them.

as for the 1st shot, to the left of the her was not actually empty space, but another person with the same kind of headdress, with lots of those amber and coral beads protruding into frame (you can just a couple that got in if you look).
