Giro D'Italia - Belfast

The Giro D'Italia this year started off with a Team Time trial through the centre of Belfast and as it was right on the doorstep of both my work and flat, thought it was rude not to take a few photos.
I was hoping to watch from a slightly nicer location but didn't manage to get out of work early enough!

There were a lot of big white lenses about!

I like number 3 especially with the cyclist dismount sign to the right but a shame the leaders wheel is cropped off. Still a good image though and I know how hard it is as they don't hang about. It was a shame that Dan Martin has crashed out of the Giro.

I like number 3 too, it shows the most expression on the riders faces. Must have been tough for them after the crash that took Dan Martin out.

I kind of preferred #3 more purely because they fill the frame better, even with the wheel cut.

I like it more but shame the sign is slightly cropped. I just think the sign and riders makes it quite amusing. It is only my opinion and not important really. If you like them then that's all that matters.
You have a nice set on Flickr btw.

Very nice. Only made it to the practice myself, but no crowds to contend with. The 70-200 f4 seems like a cracking sharp lens even wide open, getting me very tempted.
