Gitzo Traveller - Ballhead

Morning.

My shopping spree is almost done. I bought a gitzo 1542T yesterday. I currently have a kirk bh-1 which is fine but probably a bit big for when I'm out walking. Any recommendations? General web research says markins Q3T but it's fairly expensive in Europe. Any suggestions welcome.

The other options are the RRS BH25/30 they have been designed to fit inside the traveller tripods when they are folded up.

It works really well with my 1541T and expect it will fit the 1542T nicely.

Can I ask where you bought it from please? I also have a 1542 and have been thinking about upgrading the head I use.

Photoproshop which are Markin's European dealer. Probably cheaper to buy from korea but hey.

I thought you would have bought it there. I asked here about the ebay Korean jobbies but I'm not sure how much tax would be applied. I'd like to see a little review if possible when you get the combo together please.

I'll get some pics when the head arrives. Tripod is due today. Ballhead will be next week though I'd imagine.
