Ok, I confess to know not very much regards flash photography, I'm a Fuji X-T1/XT2 shooter, I do own a Yongnuo 560 Mk3 flash and trigger, but been thinking about buying a more versatile flash head etc, and wondering if the likes of the Godox AD360 could/can accept a soft box for outdoor portraits etc...? Or any other advice would be really helpful. Cheers.
My experience regards off-camera flash is extremely limited. A fellow Fuji shooter shoots with a Godox AD360 and swears by them.
Any advice most welcome. Thank you.

I use XT2/XPRO2 and have a couple of the AD360 units as well.
I use them with the 45cm softbox

also with a 120cm Octobox

and the 30cm Beauty Dish

as well as a number of other modifiers etc. I've tended to stick to the specific accessories for this line and they work well.
On the positive side, they are powerful (see negatives too!), very quick to cycle (especially with the Y shaped power connector), the FT16 transmitter system is simple and reliable and relatively small for the power.
On the negative, they can be too powerful, especially if you like to shoot wide open. Even at 1/128 power they can be too much if space is limited.
Overall, I'm very happy. I previously used the Yongnuo triggers on the Canon, and while I still have those and a couple of flashes, I like the ability to control the Godox settings from the transmitter simply and easily.
Generally the system does what I want, when I want it and has the power and flexibility to fit in around me and the Fuji system.
I chose it as a compromise between speedlights and studio heads - mainly on price point to be honest. I wanted the cycle time & power packs that it gives above and beyond a speedlight.
Had the AD200 been out, when I purchased the second unit, I might have bought that for the slightly lower power on the second head just for the variety.
