Godox AD600 PRO Fault

Hey guys,
anybody expecting same issues as mine - unit seems to turn itself on/off and freeze and not shoot. Nealry looks like loose connection inside. Unit is pretty much used less than 10 times and never dropped, used in rain etc. Since I know their customer support is not the best looking for some advice here first. Also of course emailed them as well.

Not run into any issues like that, try re-seating anything that can move (flashtube, battery etc).

Where'd you buy it from? If you got it from Essential or similar then you should be able to make a warranty claim.

If you bought without UK warranty then this is what that minor saving can lead to, if you bought with then it should be no issue.
