.......just not as a photographer!

Does anyone know any good wedding photographers in the Glasgow / South Lanarkshire area? The financee and I are starting to plan our wedding for sometime (undecided) next year.

Before the wedding thread trolls troll in I AM WILLING TO PAY, but as yet, dont know how much...some pointers or recommendations would be great!

Any Ideas??!?:shrug:

Im impatient what can I say? :shrug:

Got a couple of PM's which I will follow up in due course......would be good to get some recommendations of pro's in the area. Im looking for something contemporary and fresh, initial thoughts (very initial) is it will be around March/April and will be held in a scottish castle setting. It will also be fairly small, around 20 to 50 people.

Id also add that I grudge paying for anyone who isnt leagues ahead of myself in terms of ability.
 
Ive had a good look around the last couple of weeks.....my god there is some amount of utter S*** around.....sooo many people offering wedding photography services who obviously dont have a clue! I could link to at least 10 website of utter tripe....(but wont)

Just thought Id drag this thread up again to see if anyone could recommend a experienced, good quality photographer? I am prepaired to pay the going rate but I am not prepaired to gamble.....

Having the same issues myself getting married in December. Try Premier in Hamilton they look good?

I want all my images given to me but so many won't do it!
 
If you want to get the wedding togs to read a thread, title it "Why do wedding togs charge so much, I've got a DSLR and I could do it", and watch what happens ;) :D

Seriously though, congratulations, and with an abundance of very gifted wedding togs on here I'm sure you'll find one that it what you're after!

I have contacted a photographer called Paula Veverka, the shots on her site seem really impressive, but the more options the better.
